After a good lunch, it's time for some treats. How about a little puff pastry? Peter will show you how to make delicious nut bars with a special thick fruit cream.


Ingredients for nut bars:
400g puff pastry
120g crushed nuts (pistachios)
50g semolina sugar
1 egg

Ingredients for the fruit cream:
160g apples
160g bananas
160g pears
120g boiled potatoes
150ml yoghurt
2 tablespoons honey or chicory syrup
lemon juice
