6 steps to perfection – the perfect taste, texture and consistency is ensured by the six-level QuadroCook cooking system, which cares for each grain of rice like a distinguished spa guest. First, the rice is heated to 80 °C, followed by a two-minute pause for the grains to "breathe" and soak up steam, then the temperature rises to 95 °C and then to 120 °C for thorough cooking. Finally, there is a soothing drop to 100 °C and a final ten-minute period, after which the rice is beautifully fluffy.

The fluffiness of the rice is further enhanced by the sophisticated intermittent cooking system in the second and third temperature levels – the heating is switched off and on at short intervals, resulting in fluffier rice.

Salente Jasmine cooks up to 10 servings of side rice at once. The rice cooker's inner container has a capacity of 1.9 litres, so you can pour up to 640 g of raw rice into it, which is equivalent to approximately 1,600 g of cooked rice. 2 smart sensors instead of a crystal ball

Master chefs don't rely on chance when cooking. That's why the Salente Jasmine rice cooker uses the unique TwinTemp technology with two temperature sensors. One sensor is hidden in the top of the lid and continuously monitors the steam temperature to fine-tune the cooking process and prevent the rice from overcooking. The second sensor is located in the middle of the bottom of the rice cooker and monitors the temperature of the container itself. This prevents the rice from burning and also monitors safety – it will shut off cooking in time if the pot is empty. The result is rice that is perfectly cooked but never rubbery or burnt to the bottom.

Programs for rice, porridge and soup

The Salente Jasmine rice cooker certainly doesn't just make classic side dish rice. It offers you 4 automatic programs. The first one can pamper regular rice with its own precision. The second is designed for rice blends and special types, such as basmati or brown rice, so you can easily prepare both fine jasmine rice for Thai curry and a whole grain variant for healthy salads. The third program is dedicated to the popular rice porridge. And the fourth mode allows you to prepare soups, which can slowly bubble in the pot while you prepare the rest of the menu.

For the porridge and soup programs, you can also individually set the cooking time (30 to 60 minutes for porridges, 30 to 120 minutes for soups; always in five-minute increments).

Keeps warm, heats up cold

The special Double KeepWarm function can keep food at the ideal serving temperature for up to 12 hours, which you'll appreciate on days when the family comes home "in stages". This function also serves as a gentle warmer for previously cooked and cooled food – so you can turn yesterday's leftovers into today's hot dinner without the microwave.

Easy cleaning, long lifespan

The non-stick coated inner container can be easily removed and washed. The surface coating prevents rice from sticking to the container, making cleaning a breeze.

The inner part of the lid, just like the central silicone gasket around the steam outlet, is removable, so you can easily clean even the hard-to-reach places in conventional pots. The aforementioned gasket around the entire perimeter of the lid also ensures a perfect seal during cooking, so the steam stays where it belongs – inside the pot, not on your kitchen cabinets.
