Chickpea Porridge (Porridge)


  • 1/2 pack chickpeas
  • 1/2 onion
  • 2 teaspoons butter
  • 1/2 cup water
  • Salt, pepper, ajika seasoning, fresh parsley
  • Avocado
  • Cherry tomatoes


  1. Soak the chickpeas with water in a bowl overnight before making.
  2. Strain the chickpeas and put them into the mixer, then add the onion, water, butter, seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  3. Select the “Porridge” function.
  4. Finish the porridge with tomatoes and avocado.
