Turkey Soup (Soup)


  • 250 dkg turkey breast (or another turkey meat)
  • 1 onion
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 500 ml water
  • Root vegetable (carrots, celery, root parsley)
  • Leek
  • Lovage, bay leaves, salt, pepper, and seasoning to taste


  1. Cut all the vegetables and meat into pieces of approx. 2 x 2 cm. Add the butter, 500 ml of water, and seasoning.
  2. Select the “Soup” program and let cook.
  3. When the soup is ready, you can serve.
