- 250 dkg turkey breast (or another turkey meat)
- 1 onion
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 500 ml water
- Root vegetable (carrots, celery, root parsley)
- Lovage, bay leaves, salt, pepper, and seasoning to taste
- Cut all the vegetables and meat into pieces of approx. 2 x 2 cm. Add the butter, 500 ml of water, and seasoning.
- Select the “Soup” program and let cook.
- When the soup is ready, you can serve.
