Ingredients
- 3pcs kiwi
- 2 bananas
- 150ml white yoghurt
- 150ml soy milk
- teaspoon of date syrup
Procedure
- Chop the fruit and put in a blender. Gradually add the white yogurt, soy milk and date syrup.
- Select the Vacuum programme and extract the excess air. Your smoothie will be smooth, foam-free and stay fresh longer. Vacuum blending preserves more vitamins and keeps the natural colour of the smoothie longer.
- Then select the Smoothie option and blend.
- Pour into glasses, decorate nicely and enjoy a delicious smoothie full of vitamins.
