The Salente Mixi 2L is not just “another blender for your collection”, but an amazingly versatile helper that gives you several appliances in one. Naturally, it can blend in the conventional way. Above all, however, it can also cook, gently steam cook and slow cook (at 85 °C), preserving beneficial nutrients while delivering more intense flavours and better juiciness. With the right accessories, the blender also lets you vacuum blend or grind hard ingredients, such as coffee, nuts or ice.

Although this blender replaces several large appliances, it measures only 49 × 19 cm.
