Peter Stupka's recipe for Abruzzo pasta salad with homemade pasta

Ingredients for the salad:
300g basil pasta dough
120g dried tomatoes
100g red onions
4pcs anchovies / anchovies
60ml olive oil
120g tomato passata
150g celery stalks
150g salad cucumber
200g burrata or mozzarella cheese,
aceto balsamic
salt, pepper,
