Ingredients for tortellini:
400g of dough with beetroot
300g pork shoulder meat
60g spinach leaves
100ml sweet cream
50g grated parmesan cheese
spice mix - minced meat
spoonful of starch
salt, pepper

Ingredients for fofr salsa:
400g crushed tomatoes
100g onions
3 cloves of garlic
pasta seasoning mix
50ml olive oil
grated parmesan cheese
ground chilli
sugar, salt, pepper
